Dave and his crew did an excellent job re-shingling my roof. They were fast, professional, and the quality of the work was fantastic. My roof looks great! I highly recommend giving Dave a call if you have a big project that needs to get done, you will not be disappointed!

You can’t go wrong with DLR Construction. They were very responsive. They gave me a quote when they told me they would, and once I agreed to have them install my new roof, it was finished in less than a week. I am absolutely impressed with DLR. Very professional, reasonably priced, and great quality. Wonderful company!

I contacted DLR construction for an emergency roof repair in the middle of December. Dave was very responsive & showed up in just a few hours, even though he was busy on another work site. He answered all my questions & his bid was a fair one. He put me at ease & I felt comfortable with him, which is important to a single woman. If I need work done in the future, I will certainly consider DLR for any of my needs.

DLR Construction came out and quoted me an estimate for my house garage and one out building in October. It was a good quote and I felt confident that Dave Richardson would make sure the job got done right. Due to circumstances I will not discuss here I was going to have to put the job off for longer than I intended. It looked like I would have to wait until Spring. The roof on the house had some leaks that ended up getting worse in early November and I decided to see if they could at least cover the leaking areas to get me through the Winter. Dave said since the weather was fairly mild for this time of year that they would be able to do the repairs and reshingling in early December. Dave and his crew showed up on Monday December 5th and did an excellent job. If it hadn't been for it getting dark (and they worked until around 6:30pm after dark and got most of the roof and clean up done. The crew finished on Tuesday the 6th before noon. Once the extra supplies were picked up I had a great looking new roof and the clean up was so good you couldn't even tell anyone had been in my yard. I am confident that my roof on the house will get me through this Winter and many years to come. I highly recommend DLR Construction and look forward to them finishing my remaining roof work in the Spring. I really appreciate how Dave Richardson worked with my situation and made me feel like their most important client.

Tree limb caused damage to my garage. I wasn’t sure if I needed a roofer or a carpenter. Called DLR and Dave took care of everything. Prompt, courteous and quality work at a very fair price. Highly recommend.

Replaced our dated roof, just under 30 square, complete tear off and replacement in one day with competitive pricing and complete clean up when finished. The guys even worked through some light rain to complete everything. We are very happy with the finished look and pricing.
